Routine Magic™ is the umbrella name for the technology systems we have developed. Depending on the size of your business we can either host your systems in our own purpose-built datacentre, called GreenBox – using the very latest enterprise grade technology supported by our own dedicated fibre optic network – or, for larger companies, we install a dedicated BlackBox server which is fully managed by Cogent Enterprise. Data Recovery and Backup for all sizes of customer is covered by our SafeBox solution.

We won't recommend anything that we don't use ourselves at Cogent and when a customer requires additional hardware and software we will provide these at cost price; you can then rest assured that any recommendations are solely for reasons of business productivity.
